During the summer heat, we certainly won’t refuse something sweet and refreshing. And what can be more refreshing than ice cream?

1 ripe mango
500 ml coconut milk
1 cup of ice
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of cocoa granules — or you can replace it with coffee
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
Strawberries and passion fruit
Lemon juice, to taste
Grated lemon zest, to taste
Remove the cream from the surface of the coconut milk with a spoon — beforehand, keep the milk in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, and then pour the milk into a blender, adding the peeled mango.
Add the vanilla sugar. Start mixing the mixture slowly, gradually increasing the speed until the mixture becomes airy and smooth. Taste and add sugar if needed.
Add the ice cubes and blend until the mixture becomes smooth.
Mix with a small amount of lemon juice.
Place less than half of the cream at the bottom of a glass, sprinkle with cocoa powder, cocoa granules, and lemon zest. Cover with the remaining cream. Sprinkle with the remaining cocoa powder on top and garnish with fruits.
